1. Definitions and Interpretation

You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials, including your username and password. You agree to immediately notify uan365 of any unauthorized access to your account or any other breach of security. uan365 shall not be liable for any loss or damage arising from your failure to protect your account information. You acknowledge that you are responsible for all activities conducted through your account, whether authorized or unauthorized.

3. Deposits, Withdrawals, and Financial Transactions

3.1 Accepted Payment Methods

uan365 accepts deposits through the following payment channels: GCash, PayMaya, bank transfer via BPI, BDO, Metrobank, and UnionBank. Minimum and maximum deposit limits are displayed on the platform and may vary by payment method. All transactions are processed in Philippine Peso (PHP).

7. Intellectual Property Rights

8. Limitation of Liability

9. Account Termination and Suspension

uan365 reserves the right to suspend or terminate your account at any time, with or without notice, for violation of these Terms & Conditions, suspicious activity, fraudulent behavior, or any other reason deemed necessary to protect the platform or other users. Upon termination, you forfeit access to your account and any pending bonuses. Your real money balance, minus any fraudulent winnings or disputed amounts, will be returned to you following completion of all necessary verification procedures.

You may close your account at any time by contacting customer support. Account closure requests are processed within seven (7) business days. All outstanding balances will be paid out according to standard withdrawal procedures.

10. Dispute Resolution and Governing Law

These Terms & Conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the Republic of the Philippines. Any disputes arising from or relating to these Terms & Conditions or your use of the platform shall be resolved through binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the Philippine Dispute Resolution Center, Inc. The arbitration shall take place in Metro Manila, Philippines, and shall be conducted in English.

Before initiating arbitration, you agree to first contact uan365 customer support to attempt resolution through informal negotiation. If the dispute cannot be resolved within thirty (30) days, either party may proceed to arbitration.

11. Amendments to Terms & Conditions

uan365 reserves the right to modify, amend, or update these Terms & Conditions at any time without prior notice. Changes become effective immediately upon posting to the platform. It is your responsibility to review these Terms & Conditions periodically for updates. Continued use of the platform following any changes constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.

Material changes to these Terms & Conditions will be communicated through email notification or prominent platform notice.
